Event Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We do not issue refunds on events, credit notes will only be offered with at least 7 days notice of the event date.
Please note, if you do not attend the event on the day, or you leave early, no refund or credit note will be given under any circumstances.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Credit notes can be gifted to someone else that you name, please let us know via email of the person's details.
Booking Terms & Conditions:
Events are for ages 18 years and over.
Bookings must be made via our website booking page at www.lunanatura.co.uk.
Spaces are limited and sold on a first come first served basis. Full payment required upon booking to reserve your space.
We reserve the right to cancel an event if the number of participants reaches our minimum attendance level. Your booking payment will be refunded to you in full.
Luna Natura reserves the right to ask an attendee to leave the event at their discretion.
UK law states that all events and demonstrations given are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
Luna Natura is not responsible for any loss due to cancellation of any event.
No liability is accepted for:
Loss or damage to personal property whilst attending any Luna Natura events.
Inability to attend an event due to a person's internet connection or technical fault with mobile phones or computers.
Please note that it is not advisable for attendees to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst at an event. Attendees are expected to be punctual, preferably 15 minutes before event start time. Be respectful to other attendees and event facilitators.
We like to share on our social platforms and website. If attendees would not like their photo used for online marketing purposes please let Luna Natura know in advance of your booking.
